Nancy A. Schmidt
VP/Sales & Marketing

Nancy joined Brinco Mechanical in January of 2000. She had 12 years previous experience in both management and sales in the facilities maintenance industry. Nancy has been active on the Membership Committe, Co-Chaired the Ethics committee and served on the Board of Directors of PRSM.

Rick Lee
Vice President of Business Development

Rick Lee joined the Brinco team as Vice President of Business Development in January of 2010. He has over 30 years experience in the retail facilities and national management service provider industries. During his 23 year tenure with Eddie Bauer, Rick held a variety of positions, from retail stores to management of operations and real estate. Rick initiated and developed Eddie Bauer's facility maintenance department. Rick then worked with Cleanway, a national floor care provider for retailers, for the past 8 years. Rick has also been a member of PRSM since 1996, which was founded by Rick and a team of facility directors, and served as one of its board members.

Curt Picard
Vice President, Strategic Asset Management

Curt has been involved with the HVAC industry for over 35 years. Prior to joining Brinco, he held the position of National Account Manager for Lennox Industries. Curt is a long-term PRSM member who has served on the Board of Directors and several committees. He is currently an active member of the PRSM Sustainability Council.
