Brinco Mechanical Services, Inc. (Brinco) has been designing, building, maintaining and servicing HVAC systems for the commercial sector since 1967. Because of our expertise, integrity, and commitment to excellence for over thirty five years, we have grown from a New York based HVAC company into a National Service Management Company providing quality HVAC services all over the country. We have superior technical expertise and take great pride in being far more than simply a dispatcher or broker.
Brinco has been a family owned and operated company for over thirty five years. The President of Brinco, Renee Prager, Esq. is active in the Professional Retail Store Maintenance (PRSM) Organization, and adds her professionalism to the company in servicing our clients. The Vice President of Brinco, Ronald M. Prager, ME, is recognized nationally within the industry as an HVAC expert and troubleshooter. Brinco went National at the behest of one of our New York based customers. Brinco has been servicing them on a local level with our own technicians for many years. Because of the trust and satisfaction they have experienced with our company over the years, they requested that we develop the capability to service them on a national level.
In developing the capability to provide quality HVAC services nationwide, we applied our local philosophy of providing the best service possible in the most cost-effective fashion. That philosophy includes being more that simply a service call dispatcher or broker.
We have created a true "Service Management Company". We monitor our clients' HVAC and Refrigeration service very carefully to ensure that they are getting the maximum value for each maintenance dollar spent. Historically, the New York Metropolitan Area has been one of the most difficult regions in which to obtain good service at reasonable cost. The fact that Brinco is located within the New York Metropolitan Area allows us to service our clients' local sites with our own technicians. This has the added advantage of ensuring that we are familiar with our clients' sites, unique problems, and the time it should take to resolve problems.
Additionally, we employ in-house office based technical personnel with a minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience. They are able to provide troubleshooting assistance via telephone to servicing technicians at any site in the country. These same in-house technicians review all invoices and proposals. This stringent review process ensures that:
- The amount charged for the work is reasonable,
- The work was truly necessary in each case, and
- The invoices submitted have the appropriate charges and back-up paperwork.
- The work is not covered by a prior warranty.
- Every invoice Brinco submits to a client has attached to it the subcontractors' original invoice as well as the original work order signed by the store manager with time in/out.
Brinco's state-of-the-art computerized office and electronic reporting systems allows us to provide resolution of calls within 48 hours, complete service histories, and any customized reports required thereby alleviating some of the facilities manager work load.
Our belief is that our reputation and our integrity are the most important asset that we have. We have built a reputation locally of being a top quality service provider and have maintained that same reputation nationally with both our clients', and equally important, with our subcontractors. We seek to work with only those subcontractors whose philosophy matches our own thus maintaining top level service nationally as well.
